Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a key identifying different sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
